I CARRIED A WATERMELON...

So the other day I was talking to this really cute kid! I was so wrapped up in the fact that he was even talking to me that I said the dumbest thing. I kind of felt how Baby felt in Dirty Dancing when she says "I CARRIED A WATERMELON"! I guess you will just have to watch the clip to see the embarrassment in her face! I love this movie it is a true classic! Remember to pause my playlist so that you can get the full effect!

Benefit Diner

On Friday night my parents made us go to this benefit dinner where my dad had bought a table. It was a black and white party. It was a lot of fun getting ready. Jenna, Jordynn and I only stayed for dinner. The main reason that we went was because my aunt Marie was in charge of selling tables.

HELP!!

So my sisters and I went to this dinner tonight that was a black and white affair! Well we left our parents there and came home. I had taken my shoes off in the car cause lets face it after a night in stilettos your feet really hurt! Well we got home my sisters went in the house and I stayed behind trying to get my shoes back on and to clean out the car. Well Jenna opened the garage door and said HELP I can't get the alarm off. Well they were putting in the code and hitting STAY because they wanted to STAY home. They didn't think to turn it OFF. So I get inside turn off the alarm and then the phone rings it was the alarm company asking for the word code. WORD CODE I don't know any word code. Well because I didn't know the code they sent the cops to our house. Needless to say I now know the word code and the girls know now to hit the OFF button instead of STAY! I guess now you all know how blond we can be!

Just how much do I love American Idol...

During American Idol season 4 my mom and I got tickets to go to one of the live tapings of one of the "elimination" episodes. We waited outside for a long time. But it was well worth the wait because when we finally got in we were able to sit behind Nikko Smith and Anthony Federov (my personal favorite from season 4)! I found this picture on the American Idol website. That is me in the pink jacket and the profile of my mom! Well as with each coming week it makes me sad because someone has to go home on American Idol. I really love everyone who is in the top Ten. This week it was Chikezie who went home. I will agree is performance yesterday was not his best. I tried to post a video of my favorite performance but it wasn't working. So here is his not so good of a performance!

going to the zoo today!

Today Brooke took Ethan and Ashton to the zoo and invited me to come along. It was alot of fun. On the way up there Ashton kept asking when are we going to be at the JOO? It was pretty cute. We saw lions, tigers, and bears (OH MY)! Not to mention penguins, elephants, and even a baby giraffe. We saw a lot of fun animals in the short time that we were there! Here are some of the fun pictures that we took! Ashton was mad at me because I sat her down so that I could take a picture of them. So she decided not to look at the camera!

hang up the phone we have an ice cream CRISIS

You are all probably wondering what the HECK this is going to be about. So I guess I will tell you in full detailed fashion as only I would do:)! So today my little sister Jordynn got her wisdom teeth out (no worries she made it fine and is only lacking wisdom HA HA). Well my parents had to head up to Idaho for a rodeo that Jenna is in. Well I being the GREAT big sister that I am, am taking great care of her. Well this evening I gave her a pain pill and slipped out to go to the mall to help out the "Easter bunny"(because he is at the rodeo as well). My friend Brooke came with me and as we were on our way home we called Jordynn and asked her if she needed anything. Being a girl after my own heart she wanted Ice Cream. So we go to Jakes Over the Top and order some dinner for those who can still chew and Ice Cream for those who can't. Well here is where the story gets good. We pull up to the window and they hand us the Chocolate Banana Shake and then they close the window(because apparently the rest of the food was still being cooked) as it proceeds to melt on us. Here is where the CRISIS comes in Brooke's stomach is one for not eating ice cream and I have cut it out of my diet. So we were each going you lick it, no you lick it, no you it hurts my stomach, no you it will ruin my diet(as if eating a fast food hamburger isn't already doing the trick). Well in the middle of all this Brooke's calls and the situation gets just a little bit runny on us. It wasn't until 5 minutes later that they shake had seriously started to melt that we got our food and another 5 minutes after that we got home to get the melting shake in the freezer. So this post is kind of random but for those of you who know me ever so well will totally understand for those of you who know how Brooke and I act together than maybe you will get a kick out of it. If not you can always file it under the had to be there category!
