I got this in an email today! I thought it was pretty funny!

A first grade girl handed in the drawing below for a homework assignment.

After it was graded and the child brought it home, she returned to school the next day with the following note:

Dear Ms. Davis, I want to be very clear on my child's illustration. It is NOT of me on a dance pole on a stage in a strip joint. I work at Home Depot and had commented to my daughter how much money we made in the recent snowstorm. This photo is of me selling a shovel. Mrs. Harrington

In Honor...

I am taking a public speaking class and I have to give my first speech this week. It is a commemorative speech. I had no idea what I was going to talk on. Well my WONDERFUL sister-in-law suggested that I do it on Kyle Korver. Because I know so much about him! He really is a good guy and has done so much for the communities in which he has played. If anyone knows anything else about him I would appreciate the help! Well in doing my research I found this photo of him. Ok I have been going to the gym but NEVER will I be able to do anything like this Holy batballs that just looks like NO fun. I believe this is why he is in the NBA and I just sit and watch him! It really is better that way!

My new Haircut!

Sorry that this is the 2nd post of the day however my bestest friend wanted to see my new haircut so I am posting it just for her! I was tired of the same old thing every day. So I decided to add some bangs and some layers (just like the Rachel haircut from FRIENDS however mine is modern or should I say updated) and here you have it! This is just for you Brookie!

The Best of 2008

Well I saw this on a friends blog (thanks Kara Dunn) and so I decided to steal the idea. So instead of doing my grateful Sunday I am doing Best of 2008 in pictures. Because I am at time mentally challenged. I am going #1 - #10 mostly because I don't want to erase the pictures and start all over. I hope you enjoy! #1 Meeting Kyle Korver in the Airport on our way to NYC!

#2 Going to NYC, some of the Church History Sites, and also to Niagara Falls.

#3 Going to Ohio to visit Kara, Scott, and the boys and being able to go to Kirtland!
